We are Outlandish
Founded in 2023, Outlandish is a Black-owned outdoor store located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
We sell the gear, shoes and clothes that get you out the door—and hopefully a little further than that.
We exist because of the simple belief that the outdoors belongs to all of us.
The hiker. The trail runner. The camper. The person who has never slept outside and has absolutely no idea what they're doing. The person who grew up outside. The person who is just discovering it.
Through Hikeish, Book club, community events, and our shop, we’re building a different kind of outdoor community.
One that looks a little more like the city we live in. One where you can show up as you are, find your people and maybe discover a new favorite trail along the way.
